If purchasing a gift certificate please make note of the information therein that states you cannot schedule an appointment online. You'll need to contact me directly, as I do my own scheduling and I stay booked for weeks at a time (although I do get occasional cancelations, so sometimes I can get you in sooner). The gift card page on Square only allows purchasing, so the part that says "schedule for delivery" is ONLY about delivering the gift card to you, not about scheduling your appointment.
Also, I have a brief intake form at my office for you to fill out, so please ignore any prompts herein that might request this. Thanks. :)
Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This better allows the opportunity for me to schedule someone else in that spot so that I won't be out the income for that time slot. If you are unable to give me 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and my other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
