My bodywork is a blend of skill, knowledge, empathy and intuition and is suited to the needs of the individual to achieve optimal functionality and effective, lasting relief from tension and pain caused by soft tissue dysfunction, as well as psychological and emotional stress.

I have been doing massage and bodywork for 26 years in Reno, and I've been teaching the Fundamentals of Professional Massage, as well as the Advanced Massage Clinic for the students (where they give massage to the public) for 17 years and am the lead instructor for the Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) massage therapy program.
