I do all of my own scheduling and book out for weeks at a time, so please inform the person (when you give them the gift card) to call me (or text) for appointment availability and let me know that you purchased a gift certificate on my website.
When the Square Gift Card site indicates when you want the gift certificate "scheduled for delivery" that IS NOT meant to indicate that you are scheduling an appointment with me (there seems to be some confusion on this, therefore I want to clarify that here) that is just to indicate delivery of the payment to my Square account.
